摘要
过多的人才流失会危及民营企业队伍的稳定性和工作的连续性,会影响顾客的满意度和忠诚度,也会导致企业核心竞争力的下降和经营成本的增加。民营企业"求人才难、留人才更难"的局面已屡见不鲜。本文分析了民营企业的自身不足是导致民营企业人才流失的主要原因,人才的个体需要是导致民营企业人才流失的根本原因,并因此提出了民营企业控制人才流失的对策,首先,要全面树立正确的人才观;其次,要切实建立富有吸引力的留人机制;最后,要建立约束人才流动的管理机制。
The excessive losing of talented intellectuals will be harmful to the stability and continual development of private enterprises, and the sarisfaction and loyalty of the customers. It will also decrease the competitiveness of the enterprise and increase their product cost. Nowadays it is very common that the private enterprises suffer the problems on the demand and maintenance of talents. This thesis makes a profound research and concludes that the main cause of talents losing is the self - deficiency of the private enterprises, and the primary cause of talents losing is the individual requirement. Therefore the thesis proposes that it should take 3 measures on control the talents losing: firstly building up a proper talents attraction philosophy; secondly establishing an attractive talents maintenance system, thirdly setting up the administration system to restrict the talents - losing.
