摘要
为理清大兴安岭重点国有林区林业职工的工作现状,提高林业企业改制的效率,对大兴安岭林区林业职工进行就业满意度调查研究。经探索性因子分析确定问卷维度,应用调查所获数据,将问卷中各维度作为大兴安岭重点国有林区林业职工就业满意度的影响因素,通过相关分析和多元回归分析,得到7个影响因素,按照影响程度依次为个人发展满意度、个人工作自主满意度、工作条件满意度、外在奖赏满意度、工作环境满意度、对单位领导满意度、对工作本身的满意度。根据影响因素分析得出提高林业职工就业满意度3个方面的建议,包括:调整完善工资发放制度,搭建平台使职工展现才华、实现自我价值,提高人才吸引力。
In order to clarify the condition of forestry workers in Daxinganling key state-owned forest regions, to improve the efficiency of forestry region reform, this paper investigated the employment satisfaction of forestry workers in Daxinganling forest regions. Through exploratory factor analysis, the dimensions of the questionnaire were determined. According to the factor analysis, the paper analyzed the 7 factors influencing the employment satisfaction of the forestry workers from the key state-owned forest regions of Daxinganling by means of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The factors that affect the degree of satisfaction were: the satisfaction of personal development, the satisfaction of working by oneself, the satisfaction of the working conditions, the satisfaction of the external incentive, the satisfaction of the work environment, the satisfaction of the unit leader, the satisfaction of the work itself. According to the factors, it was concluded that the improvement of the employment satisfaction of the forestry workers in the key state-owned forest regions in Daxinganling was as follows: to adjust and improve the salary distribution system, to build the platform to enable the employees to show their talents as well as to improve the attractiveness of talent.
