摘要
我国高职教育发展迅猛，为社会经济发展培养了大批应用型技术和技能人才，但在快速发展过程中，人才培养质量也存在一些需要反思、解决和完善的问题。论文从高职人才培养现状出发，分析了高职教育中存在的问题，并探讨了提高人才质量的对策。
In our country the higher vocational education develop fast and fostered a large quantity of talented person in application technique and technical ability for the social economic development, but in fast development, the quality of the talented person＇s training also exist some problems which is need to introspect, resolve and perfect. From the present condition of training of talent in higher vocational colleges analyzing the existent problem in the higher vocational education, and raise the countermeasure of talented person＇s quality.
