摘要
基于对企业文化内部传播主体、受体、对象和渠道之间作用关系的分析,总结提出了企业文化内部传播的五种机制:激励诱导机制、群体压力机制、环境暗示机制、个体学习机制和人员流动机制。
Based on the analysis of the interactions among the senders, receivers, contents and channels of the internal transmission of corporate culture, five mechanisms are concluded: motivation and inducement, group pressure, surrounding hint, individual learning and employee transfer and mobility.
