摘要
建立了熔融制备的玻璃样片,用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)天然高岭土组分以及利用仪器所配(X40)软件包汇编程序,在程序中专门设定外加通道,反复输入烧失的近似数据,多次测量试样,直接测定烧失量的方法。解决了由于天然高岭土样品细散压片制备样品而引起的颗粒度效应和烧失量严重而影响测量归一化的问题。省略了预先做样品灼烧、恒重和称量等繁琐的操作,实现了天然高岭土组分的XRF光谱快速、准确和自动化程度高的分析。
The method is founded to prepare sample by the fused glass disc in the analysis of XRF spectrum of the contents in the natural Kaolin. The program is designed to determine the loss on ignition by using the instrument software. The outer passageway is designed in the program.The approximate value of the loss on ignition is inputted into the computer repeatedly, and the sample is analyzed repeatedly. The loss on ignition is determined directly. This can overcome the effect of the particle size caused by the impalpable and divergence Kaolin sample, and the effect of the high loss on ignition on the normalization. This process can omit many overlabored operations, such as the incandescing, keeping the weight constant and weighing , and realize fast, accurate and automatic analysis of XRF spectrum of the contents in the Kaolin.
