用熔融法制样,及Bruker-AXS公司带有未知烧失量校正功能的软件,采用X射线荧光光谱仪对生石灰中的CaO、MgO、SiO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3进行分析,其结果精密度好,与化学方法结果间的误差符合标准要求,而且分析速度快,节约了劳动力。
By using the molten sample preparation and the software with unknown ignition loss correction function of Bruker-AXS, then using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to analyze the CaO, MgO, SiO2, Fe2O3 and Al2O3 of quick lime, The precision of the results of analysis is good, the deviation between chemical method and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry conform to the requirements of the standard, and the analysis speed is fast, save the labor force.
