摘要
本文通过对婚姻自主权、生育权、家庭事务决策权、财产权等多个体现妇女婚姻家庭地位权利的调查分析,对照法律赋予妇女的权利,提出了农村妇女婚姻家庭权利意识的缺乏是影响其婚姻家庭地位的重要因素的观点,并就如何培养、唤起和维护她们的权利意识进行了思考。
The article analyses the survey of the factors in modern women marriage and family positions in terms of freedom of choice in marriage,the birth right,the decision-making power of the family affairs,the property rights,by contrasting the legal force to women rights.Meanwhile the article raises the rural women lacking in marriage and family positions and consciousness of right is to affect the important views on their marriage and family positions.In addition,the article is to cover how to raise,arouse and preserve their right consciousness.
