摘要
探讨用简易顶空装置预处理水样中苯及其同系物的条件,并优化色谱分离参数,从而改进了同时测定水体中痕量苯及其同系物的气相色谱方法。五种物质的标准土作曲线线性相关系数0.9967—0.9999,检测限0.004—0.080μg/L,平均回收率介于83.8%~112.4%,RSD(n=5)在4.7%~8.1%。
An improved method has been put forward to determine benzene and its analogies in water by static headspace gas chromatograph. The conditions for the head - space pretreatment and the parameters of gas chromatographie analysis have been optimized. Good results have been found for the determination of five analytes in real aqueous samples: correlation coefficients of external calibration curve are ranged from 0.9967 - 0.9999, detection limit (μg/mL) 0.004 ~ 0.080, average recoveries 83.8 % ~ 112 .4%, RSD ( n = 5 ) : 4.7 % ~ 8.1%.
