摘要
采用分散液液微萃取法(DLLME)与气相色谱法结合,建立了一种测定水样中苯、甲苯含量的新方法。实验利用毛细管色谱柱进行分离,采用氢火焰离子检测器(FID),以CHCl3为萃取剂,丙酮为分散剂进行样品分析,成功运用于不同水质中苯类物质的检测,结果令人满意。
A new method to determine benzene and toluene contents in water samples was established by the combination of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and gas chromatography. The capillary column was used for the separation, the hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) was use to analyze the samples by using CHCl3 as extractant, acetone as dispersant. The method has been successfully used to detect benzene substances in different water quality.
