摘要
综述有关双歧杆菌的生长促进因子、对肠粘膜的粘附及鉴定方法等方面的研究进展。对于其在科研中的进一步研究和在保健食品中更广泛、更有效的应用有一定的指导意义。
The advances of recent years in the research of bifidobacteria was reviewed in thispaper including its growth-enhancing factors,adhesion to intestinal mucosa and the determining assays. It is helpful to furthering the study and to its wide and effective use in thehealth food.
