摘要
凋亡是脑缺血半暗带神经元死亡的主要方式,凋亡的发生受相关基因的调控。本文综述了近几年针刺对脑缺血后细胞凋亡相关基因表达的影响,显示:针刺可以减少凋亡细胞的数量,抑制Caspase家族、Bax、Fas/Fasl、P53的表达,促进Bcl-2、HSP的表达,影响即早基因中c-fos的表达。
Apoptosis is the main mode of neuronal death in the cerebral ischemic penumbra and is modulated by related genes. This article reviews recent years＇ studies of the influence of acupuncture on cell apoptosis-related gene expression after cerebral ischemia and shows that acupuncture can decrease the number of apoptotic cells, inhibit the expression of Caspase family, Bax, Fas/Fasl and P53, promote the expression of Bcl-2 and HSP and influence the expression of immediate-early gene c-los.
