摘要
目的探讨社区卫生服务基本医疗病种的界定和方法。方法调查中、东、西部20个社区卫生服务中心的日常医疗病种。结果测算出被调查地区社区疾病就诊人次比例占80%的前25位病种,认为这些病种属于社区基本医疗。基本医疗病种因地区、经济、文化的不同而存在差异。结论应加快社区计算机网络化进程,对基本医疗病种进行有效统计与动态管理。
Objective To discuss how to give boundary for the basic disease kinds of medical care in community health service. Methods A questionnaire survey for daily disease kinds of treatment was carried out in 20 community health service centers in east area, middle area and west area in China. Results The first twenty five disease kinds of medical care which accounts for 80% was calculated and was considered to be those of the basic disease kinds of medical care in community. Also, the disease kinds of the basic medical care were different from one area to another with their different social economy and culture. Conclusion It is suggested that the computer network course of the community health service center should be accelerated, and the effective statistic and dynamic management should be conducted.
