摘要
作为我国最早进行社区卫生服务试点的城市之一,成都市社区卫生服务事业发展良好,取得了明显成效。分析了成都市社区卫生服务发展的政策特点,并结合新的医药卫生体制改革对成都市社区卫生服务发展进行研究。
As the one of the earliest pilots on community-based health service (CHS), Chengdu city have made a good progress on the development of the CHS. The authors analyzed the policy for the development of the CHS, and discussed the net frame, the contents of service, the running mechanism and the pattern of training of the CHS, and then gave some advices that development of the CHS needs the cooperation of the government and the community, government’s support, trusting of the residents and the innovation of the organizations. At last, the authors forecasted the development of the CHS in Chengdu under the background of health reform.
