摘要
目的通过回顾相关文献，分析临床路径在我国医学领域中的应用状况。方法以临床路径或CP为关键词，检索2001-2008年中国期：川网全文数据库收录的文献。结果共检索相关文献829篇，不符合要求的文献13篇，最后获有效统计文献816篇。结论临床路径在我国得到重视，并在临床中得到应用，临床路径提高了医疗护理服务质量。
Objective To analyze the application and problem of critical pathways in the field of medicine in China by literature review. Methods The relevant articles between 2001 and 2008 were searched in Chinese Journal Full-text Database （CJFD） with the key word of ＂critical pathways＂ or ＂CP＂. Results Totally 829 articles were searched,and 816 articles were effective. Conclusion More attention is being paid to critical pathways in China. Critical pathways have been used in clinical and improved the quality of health care service.
