摘要
阐述了气动凿岩机虚拟样机设计的框架结构、工作流程和三维模型构建方法,并在此基础上进行了参数化设计与运动仿真的研究。该方法大大缩短了产品开发周期,提高了产品设计质量,降低了设计费用。
The frame construction, the work flow and the three dimensional modelling method of pneumatic rock drill based on virtual prototype technology were elaborated. Further, the parametric design and the Kinematics simulation for pneumatic rock drill were studied. The developed cycle is shortened, the design quality is improved. The design cost is shortened through this method.
