雌激素受体α与精氨酸加压素在大鼠下丘脑室旁核的共表达 被引量:1

Co-expression of Estrogen Receptor-α and Arginine Vasopressin in the Hypothalamic Paraventricular Nucleus of the Rat

摘要 本实验通过免疫组织化学单标及双标技术研究了大鼠下丘脑室旁核中精氨酸加压素与雌激素受体α的分布和共存。结果显示大鼠下丘脑室旁核中几乎所有的精氨酸加压素阳性细胞均呈现雌激素受体α阳性,提示ERα可能参与雌激素对下丘脑AVP神经元的神经内分泌和生理功能调节,共同参与调控动物的社会认知的巩固过程。 Immunohistochemical method was used in the present study to show the distribution and co - existence of estrogen receptor - α and arginine vasopressin in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus of the rat. The results showed that almost all the positive cells of arginine vasopressin - immunoreactive (IR) neurons took on the positive of estrogen receptor - α. These results suggested that estrogen receptor - α probably participated in the mediation of neuroendocrine and Physiological function of estrogen to the AVP neurons, and in the consolidation process of regulating the social recognition of the animal.
