摘要
目的探讨眼轴长度、屈光度数对平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度(mean retinal nerve fiber layer thickness,mRN-FLT)的影响。方法选取不同屈光度数患者90例90眼,用A/B超声仪及HRT-Ⅱ分别测定其眼轴长度及mRNFLT,并进行线性回归分析。结果高中度近视组患者眼轴长度与mRNFLT具有负相关性(P<0.01),低度近视组患者眼轴长度与mRNFLT无相关性(P>0.05);3组患者屈光度数与mRNFLT均不具相关性(P>0.05)。结论眼轴长度对中高度近视患者mRNFLT有直接影响,利用HRT-Ⅱ诊断早期青光眼时,应除外这一情况造成的假象。
Objective To discuss the effect of ocular axis length and diopter on mean retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (mRNFLT). Methods Ninty myopic patients ( 90 eyes ) with different diopter were chosen, the length of ocular axis and mRNFLT were measured by A/B hypersound scaning and HRT-Ⅱ, and the linear correlation between mRNFLT and diopter was analyzed. Results The lengths of ocular axis in medial and high myopia were negatively correlated to mRNFLT( P 〈0.01 ) ,which in low myopia was not correlated to mRNFLT(P 〉 0.05). There was no correlation between diopter and mRNFLT among all the patients( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The length of ocular axis has directly impact on mRNFLT,which should be considered in diagnosis of glaucoma by HRT- Ⅱ.
