摘要
GDxVCC系统采用自动化的电子计算机控制系统,将激光扫描技术和偏振调制器相结合,提供因视网膜神经纤维层双折射特性所产生的视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层的延迟图像,通过对图像的分析处理,获得视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层厚度的定量描述。本文就GDxVCC系统的工作原理和技术参数及其在青光眼的早期诊断和随访中的应用作一综述。
· GDxVCC is an automatic computer- controlling system, which combines scanning laser technology and polarization modulation, provides retardation map of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) caused by birefringent properties of the RNFL. The quantitative description of RNFL may be obtained after the map is analyzed. The purpose of the present paper is to summarize the working principles, technical parameters and the clinical applications of GDxVCC in the early diagnosis and follow-up of glaucoma.·
