摘要
光学相干断层扫描术是一种新的光学诊断技术,可进行活体眼组织显微结构的非接触式、非侵入性断层成像。首先开发运用于眼后节,现已广泛应用于临床。其在视网膜神经纤维层检测中的应用有助于对青光眼?高度近视及糖尿病视网膜病变等疾病的诊治。现就光学相干断层扫描在视网膜神经纤维层检测中的应用作一综述。
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new optical diagnostic technique in performing noncontact, noninvasive, cross-sectional imaging of ocular structures. It was first and widely used in the posterior segment of eye, the application of OCT in detection of retlnal nerve fiber layer helps to diagnosis and treat the diseases such as glaucoma,high myopia, diabetic retinopathy and so on. Now we review the utilization of OCT in the detection of RNFL.
