摘要
触点熔焊是汽车继电器最为严重的故障,它可能导致汽车事故。介绍了造成继电器触点动熔焊的电弧类型,指出闭合短电弧是动熔焊的直接原因。分析了短电弧的产生机理和基本特性,指出了触点弹跳时间决定闭合短电弧的时间。
Contact welding of automotive relay is the worst failure and may result in serious car accident. The arc types that make the relay contact dynamic welding occur were introduced. It was pointed out that the closing short arc is direct reason of dynamic welding. The short arc ignition and its characteristics were analysed. It was also pointed out that contact bounce duration decided the closing short arc duration.
