摘要
本文分析了黑龙江粮食物流发展的现状,得出粮食物流发展的主要问题:产品流通缺乏市场化机制,产品流通企业不适应现代物流的需要;产品购销企业设施的配套能力较差,技术落后,不适应现代物流对设备的要求;产品运输方式分割,运输手段落后;物流系统不完善,造成运输环节多,成本高。对此,给出了相应的对策:健全物流管理体制,加强统一规划布局;完善物流市场主体;提高物流现代化服务水平;积极培养和引进现代物流人才。
This article analyzes the current situation of the development of commissariat logistics, and finds that the main problems of it are, products circulation lacks the market mechanism, the enterprises for products circulation don＇t fit in with the requirements of modem logistics; The harmony ability of the facilities of the product purchasing and selling enterprises doesn＇t fit in with the modem enterprise＇s requirements to logistics; the links among the transportation methods are unwell, and the methods for product transportation are laggard; the logistics system is so incomplete that leads to toe many links and too high cost. Withal, this article indicates the corresponding measures： completing the logistics management system, reinforcing the united layout; perfecting the main body of logistic market; increasing the level of the modem service of the logistics; cultivating and introducing the modem logistic professional actively.
