摘要
现代物流业已被普遍认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业 ,其发展水平已成为衡量一个国家和地区现代化程度和综合竞争力的重要标志。黑龙江省物流业的发展尚处在起步阶段 ,与先进地区相比存在着较大的差距。为此 ,要针对黑龙江省的实际情况 ,按照现代物流发展的基本原则 ,制定出物流业发展的战略目标及发展的重点。
Modern logistics has been well accepted as the fundamental industry in the development of the national economy.The level of its development is regarded as the important measurement for the degree of modernization and the comprehensive power of either a country or a region.In Heilongjiang Province it still remains the early stage,much lagged behind those developed areas.So it is important to make the fundamental principles and objectives,in view of the local conditions.
