摘要
本文引入管理学中的执行力理论,从增强高校图书馆员工的执行意识,领会学校的大政方针和图书馆的工作目标,合理安排岗位、明确岗位职责、提高专业水平和工作技能、注重工作细节、强化团队精神、建设执行力文化等方面论述了提升高校图书馆员工执行力的具体措施。
In this paper, the author introduces the executive power theory from Management Science, and discusses the specific measures that can promote the action power of the staff in the academic library: strengthening the action consciousness, understanding the fundamental policies of this school and the work objective of this library, arranging the post reasonably, making the post duty clear, raising the professional level and developing the work skill, emphasizing the work details, consolidating the group spirit, building the culture of the action power and so on.
