摘要
本文通过对合并专升本高校图书馆专业队伍现状和问题的分析,从建设适应学校发展需要的图书馆人力资源、完善管理机制、建立和完善激励机制、重视发挥女馆员的积极作用等方面论述了由传统人事管理转变为人力资源建设与管理中的若干问题。
By analyzing the current situation and the existing problems of the professional librarians in the combined and upgraded academic hbraries, the paper discusses a number of issues on transferring from the traditional personnel management to the construction of human resources, such as comtructing the library's human resources which meets the needs of the university's development, improving the governing body, building and perfecting the motivating regu- lation, and attaching importance to the initiative of the female librarians.
