摘要
我国现阶段的和谐社会建设,对建立健全一套系统的、有效的、快捷的多元纠纷解决机制提出了更高的要求。法律谈判作为一种新型的、独立的替代性纠纷解决方式,其价值理念及运用效果在我国当前的主要纠纷解决方式中有着独特的优势;同时,对其他纠纷解决方式也起到了协调与互补的作用。
The construction of a harmonious society in China requires now a better integrated dispute - settling mechanism with high efficiency. Legal negation, a new and independent alternative approach for settling dispute, has its own value and efficiency in China because of its unique merits and coordinative and supplementary functions.
