摘要
目前,我国正处于全面建设一个更高水平的小康社会的关键时期,这一时期,产业结构迅速转型,社会利益割据剧烈变化,各种新问题、新情况、新矛盾不断呈现。纷繁复杂的社会矛盾和冲突无时无刻不在影响着经济发展与社会稳定。因此,深入研究基层社会矛盾的特征与成因,完善当前的疏导机制,对社会主义市场经济发展将发挥重要作用。
At present,our country is in the key period of the comprehensive constructing the well-off society with a higher level.In this period,the industrial structure is in rapid transformation,the social interest regime changes dramatically,all sorts of new problems and new situations,new contradictions appear continuously.The complicated social contradictions and conflicts ever-present affect the economic development and social stability.Therefore,the further study of the features and causes of the grass-roots social contradictions,and the perfection of the current persuation mechanism,all will play an important role for the development of the socialist market economy.
