摘要
医药卫生科技查新工作中的信息不对称现象主要体现在查新委托人和查新员之间的项目内容的信息不对称和文献资源的信息不对称。这种信息不对称现象的客观存在,是干扰科技查新客观公正性的主要原因。因此,查新委托人、查新员和报告使用者三者均坚持客观性原则,加强信息沟通和知识转换,可以减少信息不对称的发生及其带来的不利后果,是提高查新报告客观公正性的必要措施。
Asymmetry of the information in the literature evaluation for application of medical achievements mainly presents in the asymmetry of literature resources as well as the project content between the project trustees and literature evaluation staff. It is the main reason for interfering with the fairness of the literature evaluation. Therefore, the project trustees, literature evaluation staff and project evaluation personnel should insist on the principle of objectivity, enhance the information communication and knowledge transformation so as to eliminate the occurrence of the asymmetric information and its unfavorable influences. Also, it is a necessary measure to improve the objectivity and fairness of the literature evaluation.
