摘要
介绍了不对称信息理论的基本内容及其运用于分析图书馆工作的概况,并综述了目前图书馆各类工作活动中的信息不对称现象。提出目前图书馆信息不对称现象研究存在两大问题,一是用信息不对称理论诠释图书馆资源建设和读者服务、信息服务活动的论文居多,且内容相似,深度不够;二是个别研究并未深入下去。最后提出,运用信息不对称理论指导信息服务创新或深入分析图书馆活动中的某一具体问题应该是发展方向。
The theory of information asymmetry and its application in analysis of library activity were introduced.Various manifestations of information asymmetry in library activities are summarized.Two main problems about these studies were pointed out.One was that papers about document resources construction and information service which are similar and superficial were in the majority.The other was that some studies were not continued.Research trends were put forward,such as creating information service and analyzing some specific question based on Information Asymmetry.
