摘要
进口热轧不锈钢板拉伸试验时出现抗拉强度异常现象,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对其原因进行了分析,结果表明,不锈钢板的晶粒度出现异常,呈现表面晶粒小中间晶粒粗大的三明治结构,由于粗大的晶粒的部分占的比例较大,从而导致钢板的整体性能较低。
The abnormity of the tensile strength of imported hot-rolled stainless steel plates was analyzed in this paper by optical microscope and SEM. It shows that the grain size of middle part of material is much lager than that of the surface, and this kind of sandwich structure causes the decrease of tensile strength directly.
