热轧工艺对汽车车轮用C-Mn钢奥氏体相变行为的影响

摘要 以Nb-V-Ti复合微合金化C-Mn钢为研究对象,采用热模拟试验,分析降温过程中试验钢尺寸变化,确定相变点和微观组织变化。结果表明,无变形时,试验钢在测试速度下均发生贝氏体转变;经变形后且冷却速度较小时,发生珠光体转变,冷却速度较大时发生贝氏转变;形变使试验钢中铁素体相变温度升高,珠光体相变温度降低,而对贝氏体相变温度影响小;试验钢最佳冷却速率为25.0℃/s以下。 Taking a Nb-V-Ti composite micro-alloyed C-Mn steel as research object, using thermal simulation test, the dimensions, phase transformation temperatures and microstructures changes of the test steel during cooling process were investigated. The results show that, without deformation, the banite transformation of the test steel takes place through all cooling rates; under the small deformation and low cooling rates, only pearlite phase transformation was detected,while under large deformation, the banite transformation takes place; the deformation of the test steel could raise the ferrite transformation temperatures, decrease the pearlite transformation temperatures but has small impact on banite transformation temperatures; the best cooling rate of the test alloy is lower than 25.0 ℃/s.
