摘要
针对500 MPa级HRB500E抗震盘螺试制过程中存在的问题,从工艺角度对影响盘螺组织与性能的因素进行分析,解析造成盘螺性能异常的原因,提出工艺改进措施,并通过生产实践进行了验证。
The Problems of HRB500 E anti-seismic coiled reinforcing bar in the trial process were discussed. The factors affecting its structure and mechanical properties were analyzed. And the reasons of unusual mechanical properties were found. Therefore, the improving measures were given and confirmed by the industrial production.
