摘要
丝瓜果实发育期间,随着木质素含量的不断增加,导管分子大量分化。PAL和CAD的活性高峰出现在木质素大量合成之前的第5天和第7天,证实PAL和CAD是导管分子分化的标志酶。测定了POI,POⅡ,POⅢ的活性,结果表明POI、POⅡ与木质化进程有关。POI同工酶的电泳结果显示A_7带和C_2带与木质化进程有关。
Treachary Element (TE) differentiation appeared in the 5thday fruit of Luffa Cylindrica Rvem. The maximum activities of PAL and CAD (Phenylalanine Ammonia-lyase EC 4.1.3.5. and Cinnamyl alcohol Dehydrogenase EC 1.1.1.195.) appeared before that of Lignification which is considered a marker of TE differentiation. This indicates that PAL and CAD can be regarded as marker-enzemy of TE differentiation. These results coincide with Previous studies. The activities of PO I. POⅡ. POⅢ were examined. The results show that PO I and POⅡ were relative to the Lignification. POⅢ had no relationship with the process. Both of the isoperoxidase, C2 and A7 can be detected by the low and high PH PAGE respectively appeared along with TE differentiation.
