摘要
【目的】为了探讨‘琯溪蜜柚’贮藏过程中汁胞粒化与木质素的关系,以及外源激素对木质素合成与汁胞粒化的影响,【方法】以‘琯溪蜜柚’果实为材料,利用水杨酸(SA)处理低温贮藏的‘琯溪蜜柚’果实,测定了贮藏过程中汁胞粒化指数、木质素含量以及木质素合成途径中关键酶的活性。【结果】结果表明,汁胞粒化指数、木质素含量、木质素合成关键酶的活性在整个贮藏过程中逐渐升高,SA处理的木质素合成的关键酶PAL、CAD和POD的活性均显著低于对照,木质素含量和粒化指数也显著低于对照。木质素含量与粒化指数的相关系数为0.943,木质素合成酶的活性与木质素含量的相关系数为0.981。【结论】研究认为,‘琯溪蜜柚’采后贮藏期间汁胞粒化程度与汁胞中木质素含量为正相关的关系,适宜浓度的SA对汁胞粒化的抑制作用主要是通过抑制木质素合成途径中关键酶的活性,减少木质素的合成,从而减轻汁胞粒化的程度。
[Objective]The relationships between juice sac granulation and lignin and exogenous hormone in pummelo [Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck 'Guanximiyou'] fruits stored at low temperature with SA(salicylic acid) treatments were investigated. [Method]The index of granulation, contents of lignin and key enzymes in lignin biosynthesis including PAL, CAD and POD were detected. [Result]The results showed that the key enzymes in lignin biosynthesis, granulation index and lignin content increased during storage period. The activities of PAL, CAD and POD with SA treatments were significantly lower than those of control. The content of lignin and index of granulation were also significantly lower than those of SA treated. The lignin content correlated with granulation index with the correlation coefficient 0.943, and the activities of enzymes involved in lignin biosynthesis correlated with the content of lignin with the correlation coeffi- cient 0.981. The optimal SA concentration is 1.0 g ·L^-1. [Conclusion]The results suggest that there is a positive correlation between juice sac granulation level and lignin content, the granulation was prevented by SA treatments through inhibiting the activities of key enzymes participated in lignin biosynthesis to re- duce lignin content.
