摘要
针对新疆棉花精量播种存在的问题,运用夹持原理设计了一种机械式棉花膜上精量点播轮,介绍了点播轮的结构和工作过程,并阐述了夹持取种基本原理,设计了夹持式取种器,介绍了夹持取种器的结构及其各部件的设计和参数的选择;分析计算了点播轮的工作过程。田间试验表明,该点播轮具有较高播种精度,可满足新疆棉花精量播种的要求。
On the application of the clamping principle to cotton precision dibbler, a new style of cotton seeding device was designed for the problem of precision cotton seeds metering in Xinjiang. The construction and working feasibility of the dibbler was expounded in this paper, with the explanation of the design of its working parts, the discussion of working principles, the analysis and calculation of its operating process. The field experiment results indicated that the devices could achieve a high level of the precision metering, which meets the demands of precision cotton seeds metering in Xinjiang areas.
