摘要
将夹持和自锁原理运用于精量排种,研制出夹持自锁式棉花膜上精量穴播器;同时,介绍了其主要结构和工作原理,对主要工作部件进行了设计说明,并分析了其主要工作过程。台架试验测定表明,该穴播器可实现精量播种,且对种子的大小适应性强,适宜于高速作业。
On the application of the Clamping and Self-locking principle to cotton precision drilling, a new style cotton seeding device was designed through expounding its working feasibility and principle, and the design of the chief working parts of the device were introduced with analysis and calculation of the device working process. The bench test results indicated that the device could not only get the aim of precision metering, but also are fit to seeds of different size and high working speed.
