摘要
针对气流冲击式转筒干燥机,设计了基于MODBUS通讯协议的新型干燥控制系统。系统以触摸屏为主机,单片机和2台变频器为从机,组成控制器网络,实现了系统各主要控制器的集中监控、多阶段变工艺干燥、湿度调节、温度精确控制、数据采集存储、运行中各参数的实时显示和温、湿度趋势曲线查看等功能。试验结果表明:系统多阶段运行时阶段切换正常,运行可靠,采集的数据重现了干燥过程的温、湿度变化情况,满足气流冲击式转筒干燥机控制的要求。
Based on Modbus protocol,a new automatic control system for air-impingement rotary dryer was designed.With HMI(human machine interface) as the master,on MCU(microcontroller unit) and two inverters as slaves,the controller network system was constituted.The system had such functions as centralized-monitor of the system's main controllers,multi-stage and shift process drying,humidity adjustment,precise temperature control,data acquisition and storage,parameters real-time displaying and viewing of temperature and humidity trends curve in operation.The test indicated that the system is smooth in switching in multi-stage working mode and reliable in operation,and the date acquired by the system reconstruct the changes of temperature and humidity during drying process,meeting the control requirement of air-impingement rotary dryer.
