摘要
大型立式干燥机干燥室内介质空气的速度均匀性直接影响干燥效果。通过对干燥室内风速场均匀性的研究,为大型立式干燥机的研发提供理论依据。主要通过在进风道内设置匀风板和改变物料表面的平整度测量干燥室内风速值,分析匀风板和料面情况对介质速度均匀性的影响。结果表明,在立式干燥机两侧进风道内设置匀风板,可明显改善介质进入干燥室和穿过干燥物料的介质空气的速度均匀性,与无匀风板的情况比较,设置360 mm的短匀风板后,介质进入干燥室A、B风道进风口的速度均匀性的变异系数由73.67%和73.90%降低到22.27%和29.36%,介质在干燥室平面范围内穿过物料的速度均匀性变异系数由40.3%降低到28.7%;料面的平整度对干燥室内的风速场有影响。
The uniformity of air velocity field in drying chamber of large vertical dryer affects the drying effect directly.The velocity uniformity of air medium was studied to provide a theoretical basis for the design of large vertical dryer.The air velocity values in chamber was measured by setting homogeaezings in the inlet of wind road and changing flatness of material surface to analyze the impact of homogeaezings and material flatness on the uniformity of air velocity field.Both the theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that setting of homogeaezings could significantly improve the uniformity of air velocity into the drying chamber and through the material.Compared to the condition without homogeaezing,coefficient of variation(CV) of the air velocity uniformity into the drying chamber was reduced from 73.67% to 22.27%;and CV of the air velocity uniformity through the drying material was reduced from 40.3% to 28.7%.The material surface flatness affected the uniformity of the air velocity field in chamber.
