摘要
考察了不同的培养基成分及发酵条件对菌体生物量和β-胡萝卜素产量的影响,并通过正交实验确定了最佳条件组合。结果表明,正负菌在优化条件下,菌体生物量和β-胡萝卜素产量平均可达到61.6257mg.mL-1和147.0991 mg.mL-1,较其原始条件下发酵结果分别提高了39.7%和483.3%。
The effects of culture medium and fermentation conditions on the biomass and the yield of β- carotene are studied, and the optimal medium and conditions are determined with orthogonal test. The results show that the biomass and the yield of β-carotene have reached 61.6257mg·mL^-1 and 147.0991 mg· mL^-1 respectively under the selected optimum conditions and have increased by 39.7% and 483. 3 %, as compared with original outcomes.
