摘要
工伤保险预防是工伤保险制度发展的逻辑过程与历史过程的产物;预防职能在各国工伤保险制度安排中地位愈来愈重要,但具体的预防措施因工伤保险制度的差异而呈现多面孔;我国工伤保险制度发展过程中,预防职能的衍生是与我国国情相适应、与时代相适应的。
Precautionary function of work-related injury insurance is a product of the logical and his-
torical process of this system. It is playing a more and more important role in the work-related injury in-surance system arrangements of many countries. However, specific precautionary measures vary greatly be-cause of different insurance systems. During the development of the work-related injury insurance in Chi-na, ramification of the precautionary function is adaptable to the situation and times of our country.
