摘要
高校教师作为一个特殊的职业群体,在社会转型和高等教育改革的全面推进中,面临着巨大的职业压力,直接导致高校教师身心健康状况不容乐观.形成高校教师职业压力的主要因素为:教育改革、学校管理、工作负担、人际关系及教师个人因素.从社会、学校管理及个人角度分别提出相应的调适策略.
In the complete enhancement of social transformation and higher education reforms, higher education faculty, as a special professional group, are confronted with tremendous professional pressure, which results in their physical and psychological problems. In this article, the author analyzes the main factors inducing the professional pressure on the faculty from the aspect of society, school and personal factor as follows: educational reforms, school administration, work burden, inter-personal relationship and personal factor.
