白酒是我国民族传统产品,历史悠久,文化积淀深厚,是中华民族宝贵的文化遗产。经过多年的发展,低度白酒、降度白酒已占市场份额的80%以上,成为中国白酒生产消费的主流。低度白酒的健康、稳定发展关联工业、生态、农业等产业,加快工业、生态、农业等产业融合,实现各产业资源优化组合和配置,可实现白酒产业内部有效的资源配置,加快低度白酒产业发展,产生更好的社会、经济效益。
Liquor, as the national treasure and the cultural heritage ,has long history and profound cultural background. Throughout development for many years, the low-alcohol liquors become popularized day by day, and low-alcohol liquors have taken the shares of above 80 % market, become the mainstream of production and consumption in Chinese liquors. The healthy and stable developments of the low-alcohol liquors have been relating the industry ecology, agriculture, and so on. To accelerate industry merging of industries, ecology, technology, agriculture, realizing every industry resource optimization grouping and dispose, it would promote and realize the effective resource distribution inside the Chinese liquor industry, and can speed up the development of the low-alcohol liquor, and produce more social and economic benefits in China.
