摘要
文章借鉴层次分析法,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面构建新疆产业生态化水平指标评价体系,利用熵值法计算指标权重,通过2006—2015年数据对近十年新疆产业生态化发展水平作综合测算。研究发现,2006到2015年新疆产业生态化综合水平总体上波动较大,呈上升趋势,但水平指数较低,其中2008年到2012年甚至为负值。在此基础上,提出促进新疆产业生态化发展的对策建议。
This paper draws on the analytic hierarchy process to construct Xinjiang’s industrial ecological level index evaluation system from the macro,meso and micro levels.The entropy method is used to calculate the index weight,and the 2006-2015 data is used to compare the industrial ecology of Xinjiang in the past ten years.The level of development is measured comprehensively.The study found that the overall level of industrial ecologicalization in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2015 was generally fluctuating,showing an upward trend,but the horizontal index was low,with even negative values from 2008 to 2012.On this basis,it proposes countermeasures to promote the ecological development of Xinjiang’s industry.
