摘要
传统的教师研究很少关注教师与教师以及教师与学生之间的关系,教师的专业特性缺乏这一系列关系的作用,其发展难以获得相应的支持和有效的检验。教师生态文化研究将教师放到一种动态的关系中来理解,力图超越传统的教师研究范式,为教师专业发展提供一种新的理解方式。
The traditional teacher research less pays attention to the relations among the teacher and others,the students.The development of teachers' professionalism is hard to obtain the relevant supports and effective prove without the effect of the relations.The teacher is explained in a dynamic relation within the teacher ecological culture research.The teacher ecological culture research tries to transcend the traditional teacher research paradigm,and affords a new explanation of teachers' professional development.
