摘要
文章从世界高等教育的现状结合我国目前高等教育的实际情况,分析了精英教育与大众教育之间的区别与联系,指出了我国高等教育改革应注意的问题。
By combining the current situation of the world higher education and the practical situation of our country＇s higher education, this paper analyzes the differences and connections between elite education and mass education and puts forward some questions which should be paid attention to in the higher education reform.
