摘要
采用可编程控制器在汽车后桥壳加强环、后盖自动焊接工艺中实现逻辑顺序控制。该焊接设备的设计具有自动化程度高、性能稳定、控制精度高、操作简便等优点,能够满足后桥壳的自动焊接生产要求,并且对提高生产率、保证焊缝质量有积极作用,是一种低成本自动焊机。
Using the programmable controller in the automobile mar axle house ring stiffener, logic sequential control was realized in the top plate automatic welding craft. The weld equipment possesses the advantages of a high degree of automation, stable performance, high controlling precision and convinient operate. It could meet automatic welding production requirements of the rear axle house, and it takes an active part in increasing productivity and ensuring weld seam quality. It is a low-cost automatic welding machine.
