摘要
法兰一般通过手工焊接的方式固接在管状零件或筒状零件上,针对手工焊接劳动强度高、效率低、焊接质量差等问题,研制了管、筒状零件连接法兰专用自动焊机。它主要包括机架、回转工作台、摆臂、滑移架、送丝机、控制驱动装置、控制柜、焊枪等。该焊机有两个回转工作台,由PLC控制,具有结构简单、制作成本低、焊接速度快、焊接质量好、劳动强度低的优点,特别适于中小型企业使用。
Flange was fixed on the tubular parts or tubular parts by manual welding ordinary. Special automatic welding machine for combining tube and tubular parts with flange was developed aiming at manual welding of high labor intensity with low efficiency and poor welding quality. It mainly includes frame, rotary table, swing ann, the slip planes, wire feeding machine, the control of drive device, control cabinet, welding torch, etc. The welding machine has two rotary tables, was controlled by PLC, has simple structure, low cost, fast welding speed, good welding quality and the advantages of low labor intensity, which is especially suitable for small and medium enterprises to use.
