摘要
目的:研究IL-6对大鼠脑电活动的影响,以及柴胡皂苷a(saikosaponin a,SSa)的干预作用。方法:采用侧脑室注射IL-6观察24 h内对大鼠脑电活动的影响,通过对脑电图描记,计算尖波个数以及高频(100 Hz)脑电的功率和波幅的变化,并研究SSa的干预作用。结果:IL-6可诱发大鼠脑电痫性活动,使大鼠高频(100 Hz)脑电波的功率和波幅的增大(P<0.05);SSa高剂量组2,4,8,12 h时能显著抑制大鼠脑电中尖波个数(P<0.05),抑制脑电的功率(4,8,12 h时)和波幅(1,4,8,12 h时)的增大(P<0.05)。结论:SSa高剂量可以抑制IL-6诱发大鼠脑电的痫性放电。
Objective : To study the effect of IL-6 injected to lateral ventricle on rats EEG and the role of Saikosaponin a (SSa). Methods: The rats EEG were examined within 24 h after the injection of IL-6 into lateral ventricle, and counted the sharp wave, computed the power and amplitude of the high-frequency( 100 Hz)wave. Resuits: The sharp wave were induced by IL-6, and the power and amplitude of the high-frequency( 100 Hz)wave were increased (P 〈 0. 05) ; the high dose of SSa can significantly reduced the piece of sharp wave(2,4,8,12 h, P 〈 0. 05), and it can decreased the power(4, 8, 12 h) and amplitude( 1,4,8,12 h) of the high-frequency ( 100 Hz) wave (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion: The high dose of SSa can inhibit the epileptic EEG of rats induced by IL-6.
