摘要
本质上，健康并非总处于稳态，从胎儿到老年，人体健康都在遭受各种侵蚀。结果，几乎没有人能达到终生健康的理想状态（亦即，保持良好的健康与功能状态到高龄），疾病的发生向人生的尽头后延。
