摘要
体医融合是"体育"与"医疗"行业或系统之间的深度交融,是调整体育和医疗资源供需平衡的创新举措。对我国体医融合现实样态进行归纳梳理,研究发现现阶段体医融合主要表现为5种典型模式,即基层社区模式、体育机构模式、医疗机构模式、产学研结合模式和多主体共建模式。结合以上模式,以SFIC模型为分析框架,探究我国体医融合现实样态的推进困囿,进而提出推进体医融合的纾解方略:以统一领导、体医协调、顺畅高效的组织管理体系,夯实体医融合的初始条件;以国家主导、需求引领、资本运作相统一的市场机制,加强体医融合的催化领导;以系统完备、衔接配套、有效激励的政策制度体系,创新体医融合的制度设计;以现代信息技术协同平台、复合型技能人才,优化体医融合的协同过程。
Physical-medical integration is a deep integration between“sport”and“medical”industries or systems.It is an innovative measure to adjust the balance of sports and medical resources supply.This paper summarizes the reality of the physical-medical integration in China,and finds that the physical-medical integration at the present stage is mainly manifested in five typical models,namely the basic community model,the sports institution model,the medical institution model,the industry-university-research combination model,and the multi-agent co-construction model.Combined with the above models,SFIC model is taken as the analysis framework to explore the promotion dilemma of the reality of physical-medical integration in China,and then puts forward the promoting strategies as follows:to strengthen the catalytic leadership of physical and medical integration with the market mechanism of state-led,demand-led and capital operation;to innovate the system design of physical and medical integration with the policy system which is complete,coherent and effective;to optimize the collaborative process of physical and medical integration with the modern information technology collaborative platform and compound talents.
