摘要 目的为推动作者曾提出的含游离二氧化硅粉尘累积肺作用值(Da=Σnj=1[(Y-Yj)K+1]Ej)的应用和讨论。方法用实例详细介绍了该值的计算方法,以及应用相应公式(El=Da/{[K(n2-n)/2+n]-[K(n2-n)/2+n1]})推算容许浓度等过程。结果用Da作为游离SiO2粉尘接触剂量指标,不仅解决了用以往粉尘剂量指标时粉尘接触剂量与反应不同步的问题,而且用相应公式推算容许浓度时,控制一定发病率的时间,包括接触者开始接尘至整个寿命(50年:工作30年+脱离工作后20年)。 The method of calculating the accumulated effect value of dust containing free silica on lung Da=Σnj=1[(Y-Yj)K+1]Ej advanced by the author before and the process of reckoning MAC with relevant formula El=Da/{[K(n2-n)/2+n]-[K(n21-n)/2+n1)]} were explained in detail by a concrete instance to promote its application and discussion.Using Da as an exposed dose index of dust containing free silica,not only resolved the problem of that the dose and the response were not synchronous,but also controlled the period of certain incidence including the time beignning to be exposed up to all lifetime when MAC(or TLV) was reckoned by the relevant formula.The MAC reckoned like this is reasonable for keeping the workers exposed to dust in good health in all their life time.
